Turnaround Time (TAT) Information

Wholesale Orders:
• Turnaround time is 10 business days.

Loaded Teas:
• Turnaround time is 4 business days.

Loaded Coffees:
• Turnaround time is 8–10 business days.
• Coffees are preorder only at this time.

Important Shipping Note:
If tea and coffee are purchased together, the entire order will ship once the coffee is ready, following the coffee turnaround time.

Once your order has been shipped, we have no control over how quickly it arrives to you. Please let us know if you have any questions
